A night out in NYC a balloon popped up right in my face and the next second a man started drawing on it. He gave it to me and walked to another person with a piece of paper, did the same thing and then I lost him. Well that's the story of the mysterious artist and the balloon that lasted for two weeks before it shrunk and disappeared.
